Ubuntu Example:

Supported operating systems: Ubuntu 20.04 or later.

Special Instructions

When using Windows 11 Professional operating system, you need to manually open the system's built-in WMIC (Windows Management Instrumentation Command-line) command tool.

If the error message "wmic is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file" appears during the operation, you can follow the steps below to fix the error in Windows 11:

(1). Open the Settings app and go to the System Optional Functions

(2). Click "View features" next to the "Add optional features" option.

(3). Type WMIC in the search box and tick the result list.

(4). Click “Next” to install WMIC in Windows 11.
